On the border with Tuscany, located in the beautiful valley of the Niccone tributary stream of the Tiber, crossed by the provincial road Umbertide - Cortona, Arezzo, the farm, with permission for farm tourism, has an extension of about 145,000 square meters and inside there are two rural buildings: a main building partly residential and partly non-residential and an agricultural annexe.
