Gross sales exceed 3.5 million with net income exceeding 500,000 in 2022. The sales price includes the land, buildings and all fixtures used by the dealership. The dealership uses Wayne Reeves Dealer Management software. The owner will train the buyer to operate the dealership, which will include attending the wholesale auctions with the buyer.
