Do you have other wishes? There is still unused space in the house: for example, you can move the attic into the master bedroom and have a large glass front. Then you almost literally wake up in nature. The perfectly insulated outbuilding was built in 2000. Downstairs is room for 2 cars, or restoration of your beloved oldtimer, for an office or practice at home. From the pond you can turn it into a natural swimming pond if desired.

Hoenderloo
The hospitable village of Hoenderloo provides a supermarket, an elementary school, BSO, an inviting playground and many cozy terraces and fine, culinary restaurants. The entrances to the Kröller Muller and National Park Hoge Veluwe are literally around the corner. You can walk endlessly in the area without meeting anyone. There are challenging mountain bike trails and a huge amount of riding trails, the annual driving competitions for harnessed carriages and many riding stables make it a wonderful environment for the horse lover. Apeldoorn, Deventer and Arnhem with their rich cultural offerings are about 20 minutes away by car.
