Ground Floor
The Gams Lodge can be accessed via the foyer which is connected to the double garage and the integrated sports wardrobe. There are two spacious suites each with an en-suite bathroom, a separate guest W/C, and sunny terrace. The utility room and technical room is also located on this floor.

Upper Floor
The staircase and the lift provides access to all other floors. The open natural stone kitchen and adjoining cosy dining area is located on this floor. The spacious breakfast terrace next to the kitchen is surrounded by the forest and its lush green firs. Also on the upper floor is the primary suite, a large bedroom, en suite bathroom and the private spa and sauna.

Top Floor
The living area is situated on the top floor as a wide open gallery above the kitchen and dining area. The exposed roof truss, an open fireplace and an adjoining outdoor seating lounge are perfectly complemented by the generous glass fronts which boast fantastic views across the village and the mountains.
