Demi Lovato was asking $8.995 million for her Hollywood Hills home that she had on and off the market for the last two years. It just sold for $8.25 million.
The 5,500-square-foot contemporary home on three floors with four bedrooms and seven baths is located on one acre.
She paid $8.3 million for the home in 2016, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.
