Pop star Rihanna has splashed out $21 million for a nearly 9,300-square-foot Los Angeles penthouse formerly owned by “Friends” mainstay Matthew Perry.

The penthouse is four-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence occupies the building’s entire 40th floor — big enough for the singer and her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their growing family. They welcomed a boy last year, and are now expecting their second child.

Features include a grand living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a plush screening room, a billiards room, and an all-white kitchen with marble countertops, dual islands and premium appliances. There are also four expansive terraces.

Amenities in the gated building include around-the-clock concierge and security, an oversize pool with cabanas, a top-of-line gym and fitness studio, a movie theater and private wine storage.

The Century high rise unit boasts panoramic city, mountain and ocean views.
