Actress Jennifer Lawrence has sold her New York City Penthouse apartment for $12 million. She originally purchased the luxury condo for $15.6 million in August 2016.

The 4,073-sq-ft penthouse features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, 12-foot ceilings and far-reaching 360-degree views of the East River, 59th Street bridge and downtown Manhattan. Glass walls let natural light flow into the home.

Outside, a 3,000-square-foot, two-floor outdoor terrace includes a kitchen, fireplace with pergola, built-in ping-pong table and great views of the city and Hudson River.

Back inside, there’s a formal living and dining room with city-scape views and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. The large master suite and the game room opens more spectacular views.

The building’s shared amenities include a fitness center with a lap pool, a full-time concierge, a game room, a theater, and importantly, a paparazzi-proof garage.
