Pepsi executive builds a modern Hamptons home for $4.69M

Pepsi's chief design officer, Mauro Porcini, paid $4.69 million for the six-bedroom, modern Hamptons home of his dreams in New York.
The main floor of the 6,500-square-foot home is anchored by a light-filled great room with a fireplace and double-height ceilings, along with a dining room and chef’s kitchen. A finished basement boasts a gym, media room and wine cellar.
