It was designed by architect Jokin Donnay and Kince Arquitectura, and interior design by Susan Jaimeson of Bridget Beari Designs in collaboration with the owners. Great consideration was given to integrating the design into the surrounding with extreme attention to detail. Additionally, the villa has a state of the art “off the grid” energy system and draws almost all of its energy from the wind and sun.
The Villa was completed in 2011. A separate adjacent casita houses a chef’s kitchen, a staff apartment, and two additional bedrooms was added in 2014.
