This property is situated in the area known as San Rocco on the pathway leading to Punta Chiappa where it is possible to swim in the beautiful Mediterranean a secret only shared between the locals. No new builds are allowed so the area will remain immersed in this natural beauty and with no roads the only sound is birdsong, wonderful sunsets, sea views and glimpses of dolphins.

protected park of Portofino with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

It is possible to walk down to the water's edge and swim in the crystal clear waters, or take the local ferry boat to Camogli.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom and has a lovely outdoor patio where there is a separate taverna and traditional wood burning oven, a special place to eat outside and enjoy the magnificent view.
