Perched on the north side of the valley towards the dam this charming chalet is located in the heart of the village of Sarreyer.
The chalet is finished with an authentic and rustic mountain feel, has exposed wooded timbers but with modern styling through out.
The double height volumes create a very convivial living area with a wonderful and modern open plan style living/kitchen/dining area and an original wood burning stove.
The living area leads onto a small balcony to the south, through large glass doors with stunning views of the mountains and village.
Opening under the double height ceiling there is a small low level mezzanine area. Three bedrooms with bathrooms round off the apartment.
