The units at Pineapple Fields are operated like a hotel and managed as a condominium with an in-house professional property management company. Owners do not worry about routine maintenance inside and out, paying bills, rental issues or securing their home against the elements. The affordable homeowners’ fees include all utilities, general maintenance, insurance, repairs and replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Owners can stay in their units for up 6 months. When the units are not owner occupied, they are rented out to guests and the rental income goes towards offsetting the cost of operating the hotel and keeping the HOA fees low. The better the hotel does, the better the owner does!
