It plans to include within green area with park system for rest and children's play, bike lane, parking lots, and two small roads.The urbanization project is approved. The urbanization works include the execution of roads and parking lots, conditioning of green areas, and installation of the urban services described in the partial plan.It has a material execution budget with a forecast of connecting the stormwater network to the stream and connections to the current drinking water and sewage network, the MT/BT Transformation Center and its corresponding underground M.T. lines, intended for the supply of electricity to the set of plots and their common services.
