Quinta das Vieiras is located in the center of Torres Novas, a city that is one hour away from Lisbon, and thirty minutes away from Fátima and Tomar (regions well known for their religious tourism). This property is completely walled except for one of its extremities that is bathed by the Almonda river. The farm is divided into three different areas. The agricultural part, where you can find a walnut grove of approximately 2 hectares, vineyards, an orchard with citrus trees and several other fruit trees, the main house with three floors and an area dedicated to events. The main house, with 660m2, consists of three floors. The lower floor has a chapel (licensed for religious celebrations), a swimming pool, a games room, toilets that serve the pool area, and a storage room. Finally, the area dedicated to events has a pavilion with capacity for 600 people, a kitchen, and bathrooms for events of this size. In addition to the pavilion, there is a space that was once used as a restaurant and that has capacity for 60 people and a parking lot for 200 cars. Quinta das Vieiras was already referenced in 1715 and has a prime location. It can be used as main residence or to develop a business in the area of tourism, be it traditional, rural, or religious. It can also be used to create a geriatric clinic or a luxury nursing home.
