The estate is located in Monopoli, rooted in old sea traditions known as the hundred districts town. From here, guests can easily reach attractions such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Ostuni, Conversano, Brindisi, and Lecce. In addition, it is but five kilometers to the seaside. Within the estate, guests can enjoy the spectacular combination of the villa's splendid architecture and its beautiful natural surroundings. Indeed, it is immersed within mandarin, lemon, plum, pear, cherry orchards and a vegetable garden with local and native vegetables, completing its perfect countryside landscape.
