The Great Lodge is centrally placed and serves as the main entertaining space, featuring a large, spacious reception room with teak floorboards, a full-height greenheart ceiling and sliding glass panels. There is a separate sitting room and a fully fitted bar area complete with wine storage and an icemaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel units and stone worktops. The Great Lodge also features a 12 ft deep wrap-around verandah with Peruvian mahogany floorboards and gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea.

Bequia, the largest island in the picturesque Grenadines, boasts pristine beaches, azure waters, and a rich maritime heritage. The island hosts an annual Easter sailing regatta and its vibrant coral reefs and marine life invite snorkelers and explorers. This tranquil haven offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, promising an idyllic retreat amidst the beauty and culture of the Caribbean.





The two Master Lodges are situated on either side of the Great Lodge and boast spacious bedrooms, fully fitted dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms and verandas with wonderful views over Hope Bay. One of the master lodges has an additional bath and a separate shower as well as an adjoining sitting room.

The Guest Lodge features a very spacious double bedroom, fully fitted dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

The Family Lodge has a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the second floor. The ground floor features two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.

A separate Staff House is located at the entrance of the property and features a living room, two bedrooms and a shower room. The lower floor has a general storage area and a fully functioning laundry room.

Coral stone steps lead down from the Great Lodge veranda and garden to the 45 by 15 ft infinity swimming pool surrounded by a coral stone terrace with a shady gazebo at one end and a raised hard wood decked area at the other, perfect for lounging in the tropical serenity.

Stunning Hope Bay can be accessed by a path leading directly down to the beach.

Whilst the furniture is not included in the sale, most can be made available by separate negotiation.
