New-build semi-detached houses between Greifensee and Lake Zurich. Where the hills of Egg slope gently towards the horizon, AltoVerde is taking shape: four residential units in two modern semi-detached houses, nestled in green countryside stretching as far as Lake Greifensee and towards Lake Zurich. No noise, no rush—just the wind sweeping across the meadows and a view that brings a sense of calm. Each house is designed so that comfort and tranquillity are inseparable: a little paradise for anyone seeking space without sacrificing proximity to the city. High-quality architecture combined with sustainable energy generation. These elegant semi-detached houses are characterised by their minimalist and open-plan architecture with clean lines. The façade, in an elegant dark shade with its refined render, conveys a sense of lightness and sophistication. The gable roof is fitted with an integrated photovoltaic system, ensuring sustainability and low energy costs. Inside, the elegance of minimalism comes to life through the harmonious use of materials. Exquisite parquet flooring blends with finely plastered walls to create an atmosphere of understated warmth. The open-plan kitchen, enhanced by exquisite appliances and its own bar, naturally draws the eye to the lush greenery of the surroundings. Collina House: Space, Nature and Views. The name hints at what it has to offer: Haus Collina is situated amidst the rolling hills of Egg and welcomes its residents with a generous main living area of 239 m², spread across 5.5 rooms, as well as an ancillary area of 41 m². The outdoor area and the balcony offer spectacular sweeping views across Egg. The 41 m² utility area provides ample storage space, keeping the living area free of clutter. Cosy warmth on all levels: The geothermal probe heat pump heats the house in a resource-saving way and with low operating costs, while the underfloor heating distributes it evenly and invisibly in every room.
