"Toiletpaper" is not just a project that has been ongoing for more than thirteen years; it is much more than that.

It has become our most intimate and extreme view of the world. A safe space where impulses and fantasies are visually free to develop. Similarly, we like to think of the concept of home as a personal living space where absurdities and provocations find refuge. Being able to combine both under the same roof, thanks to the support of Seletti and LondonArt, has turned an apartment into a safe place to explore the contradictions of the ordinary. (Maurizio Cattelan & Pierpaolo Ferrari)Unique and captivating apartment - a surrealistic style loft born in the traditional old Milanese workshops from the late 1800s/early 1900s that offers emotions in every corner with the iconic Toilet Paper concept created by contemporary artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari.

Located in a strategic position in a lively area of Milan with access to many cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife adjacent to the Arco della Pace, Parco Sempione and the Paolo Sarpi - China Town area. At the same time, being on the ground floor of a quiet and peaceful Ringhiera building, the apartment is in a context of pure tranquility and privacy.

The unique and creative open space consists of a spacious living area and a king-size bed furnished with various pieces of furniture, armchairs and rugs, all customized by Toilet Paper. It is surrounded by the famous wallpaper with finely decorated ceiling like the sky and two large skylights recently renovated with electric blinds. It also includes a separate kitchen, a spacious anteroom suitable for a wardrobe area and a glamorous and creative bathroom with a shower.
