The Coach House is very well placed being close to the popular Weston village, whilst also walking distance to Bath city centre. Weston Village provides a wide variety of local shops including a supermarket, village pub and Post Office. It is within walking distance of The Royal United Hospital and near to good local schools along with Royal High School, Kingswood, King Edward's pre-prep, St Mary's, Newbridge and Weston All Saints primary schools. The city centre is just 1.7 miles away and a pleasant walk through Royal Victoria Park.

Beautiful countryside walks through adjacent National Trust land and the latter section of the Cotswold Way are on the doorstep, with access to the northern slopes of Bath where stunning countryside views can be enjoyed. The World Heritage City of Bath offers a vast array of cultural, sporting, leisure and shopping facilities including some excellent restaurants, The Theatre Royal, Bath Abbey and Thermae Bath Spa and The Roman Baths. Bath Spa Railway Station provides high speed links to London Paddington (approx. 75 mins), Bristol Temple Meads (approx. 20 mins) and The West Country rail network. The M4 motorway is easily accessed via Junction 18 (Tormarton) with routes through to London, Bristol and onwards; this journey takes approx. 20 mins.

Description

The Coach House is believed to have been the Coach House to nearby Saville House and dates from the eighteenth century. The house has been thoughtfully extended and renovated to exacting standards to provide light and bright rooms and a wonderful feel. The house has a cosy yet spacious feel as you enter, and has well laid out, flexible accommodation with all principal rooms taking in the beautiful gardens to the rear. There are three reception rooms, with a glorious light-filled breakfast room/study leading to a cloakroom and utility/boot room. The hand built kitchen is also beautifully fitted and has plenty of space for a breakfast table and provides an extensive and well-designed array of storage. There are two further interconnecting reception rooms, with the main drawing room opening out onto the rear garden terrace through French-doors and the dining room the same.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, with two larger principal bedrooms sitting at either end, the main bedroom accesses its own sun terrace where it meets the back garden at first floor level. The main bedroom also has a beautiful en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom and separate WC on this floor.

Externally

The gardens of the Coach House are of particular note and predominantly face west. They have cleverly designed landscaping with spacious terraces to enjoy the wonderful views and weather in the warmer months.

There is gated cobblestone courtyard parking to the front for two or three cars, extra car space can be found just outside the gates to the roadside should one need.
