Mansion built in the beginning of the 20th century, located in Santa Teresa, a prime neighborhood of Rio. It has been refurbished, with the process being supervised by the owners themselves, closely monitored by IPHAN (the National Historic and Artistic Heritage Institute). The main house is fully furnished, featuring nine large bedrooms with areas that vary from 43 to 75 square meters, all with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The design favors natural lighting and the view of the surrounding landscape. Four bedrooms are interconnected, allowing them to comfortably accommodate families. Outside, the “Pavillon” was created, a charming apartment that overlooks a special view. The living area consists of a large living room, a library and a bar. These spaces stand out for their large arched doors and windows, which face the outdoor areas. The infinity edge heated swimming pool is surrounded by nature and framed by a garden with more than forty species of tropical plants and fruit trees, inspired by the work of Burle Marx. Furthermore, it is possible to see the Sugarloaf Mountain. Finally, the property has a game room and a spa with two massage rooms, integrated with a dry sauna and a fitness area, which has pilates equipment and a yoga mat.
