DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The villa (608 sqm – 6,542 sqft) is structured on three floors above ground and is divided into various apartments:
- Master apartment (304 sqm, ground and first floor): living room with dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, large walk-in wardrobe with two closets/dressing rooms, study and service bathroom;

The building has been completely renovated in recent times (including earthquake-proof consolidation with micropiles), maintaining its original appearance but adding modern details and state-of-the-art installations, including underfloor heating/cooling, modern energy-efficient windows and an alarm system.
