This custom masterpiece lodge is situated in a supremely private location overlooking Los Alerces National Park in one of the finest bends of Carrileufu river where pristine nature and refined wilderness converge. Set within the small village of Lago Rivadavia, the city of Cholila is only 30 minutes away.

Comprising 5 acres of sweeping green lawns and riverfront gardens the estate features several buildings, including a cozy wellness center with seven diversely decorated suites with private balcony just yards away from the river, offering the possibility of creating a highly curated destination for relaxation, nature observation and meaningful experiences. Its intimate scale and privileged setting provide an exceptional foundation for a private retreat devoted to wellbeing and outdoor experiences.

Newly renovated following a Patagonian construction style, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom main house is suited to intimate family time boasting a spacious living room with panoramic water views, an updated integrated kitchen and formal dining room. The master bedroom suite affords river views, a walk in closet and private bath. Laundry facilities are available.

The lodge's reception includes a spacious restaurant with large windows overlooking the gardens and a chef's kitchen showcasing wooden countertops, first class copper appliances and hand-crafted cabinetry. Three independent guest cabins are located around the winding path leading to the riverbank, contributing with 12 beds and four bathrooms in total. Storage space is abundant including covered garage and boat house.
