Sprawling, Sumptuous Modern Villa

Designed by an architect in an updated bungalow style with two wings, this six-bedroom home stands on a large plot in a peaceful location close to Bratislava. The interior welcomes you with a lengthy entrance hall leading to the heart of the home—an open space living room with a fully-appointed kitchen and dining area that has access to the garden and lounge with a pool table and summer kitchen.

A private terrace with a Jacuzzi and the main terrace are sources of relaxation and enjoyment, as is the home cinema. In the private wing are two bedrooms and two guest rooms with en suite bathrooms. The other wing hides a master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Besides the space for technical and utility facilities, there is also a basement.

The high-standard of interior design is accompanied by state-of-the-art materials and equipment, such as an intelligent home system by Domotron, Miele appliances, triple- glazed aluminum windows, ceiling cooling, heat recovery, and a heat pump, making the home energy-efficient (solar panels are planned). The garden has a manicured lawn abutting the home, with ornamental plants shading the seating area and trees forming a privacy buffer around its perimeter.

Malinovo is equidistant to Bratislava and the Little Carpathians, making it a clean, quiet, and green place to live.
