All the upholsteries were very carefully removed and steam-cleaned, and all the carpeted area was replaced with a more modern and resistant wool carpet. Even in this case, the attention to detail was the highest possible to match the previous work and blend in even if with a slightly more modern take regarding some of the details like the doors and the closets, but maintaining the use of traditional materials such as both noble wood and marble of the highest quality.

"Palazzo Greppi" was originally designed by architect Luigi Greppi in 1837, and then rebuilt in the mid 1960's by architects Alberto Mazzoni and Diego Guicciardi, active professionals in the reconstruction of Milan following WWII.
