Description

Malpas house, completed in 2002 is a contemporary, architect designed, waterfront residential apartment complex on the wooded shores at the head of the Malpas River.

Flat 8 occupies a an enviable third floor position with its main orientation facing South West, looking down river to Malpas, Boscawen and beyond to the wooded banks of Porthkea and Old Kea.
