The second bedroom is plenty big enough to make a bunk room if you would like to make more room for family or use unit as a rental. The double slider doors from living area is an extra bonus to enjoy the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing ashore, which you can also do from the primary bedroom. The HVAC has was redone with all ductwork in 2017 and windows replaced in same time frame. Arcadian Shores area is a favorite and this condo is something you definitely don't want to miss out on seeing!
