Fair Falls Park is a fully entitled subdivision on E. Fairview Rd in Stockbridge, GA. The 47-acre property is zoned A-R and has 25 1-acre+ lots and an additional 10.5 acre buildable lot. Water service to each lot is provided by Rockdale County Water Utilities. The project is served by individual lot septic tank systems. LDP construction plans were approved and the Construction Permit was issued June 21, 2007. The approved Engineering construction plans included a hydrologic study, flood plain study, NPDES plans and a Level 3 Soil Survey (infrastructure only).
