The property on offer here is a property with absolute rarity value: an authentic, listed loft floor from the end of the 19th century. This rarity extends over the entire second floor of a neo-baroque old building, which has a unique presence thanks to its location as a corner building and was once part of the traditional Haidhauser Union Brewery. Beer barrels used to be produced, refurbished and stored here - so the old building, like the loft, embodies a piece of Munich's industrial history.With their hall-like character, the rooms rise to a height of around 3.68 meters. Steel-capped ceilings, imposing steel columns and mighty beams bear witness to the early days of industrialization and convey an absolutely authentic industrial style that is much more common in Berlin and New York than in Munich.
