Formerly a thriving pizza shop located in the center of Broad Brook, this space offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish or expand their restaurant business. Previously operating primarily as a takeout establishment, the restaurant also offers seating for approximately 4-8 customers. The lease includes a variety of restaurant equipment, as detailed in the attached equipment list. With an established pizza shop layout and equipment in place, this is a great opportunity for the right operator to bring their vision to life!
