Las Pendientes

With truly panoramic views and boasting a contemporary mountain design with a floor plan ideal for families, this retreat lies on the Eastern slope of Cerro Chapelco with direct access to the ski resort and only 15 miles from downtown San Martin de los Andes, in the province of Neuquen. The gated community has two private ski runs for residents connected to Chapelco ski resort.

The main house is fully covered in local wood and stone with black gable roofs suitable for heavy snow fall. The front wooden deck provides breathtaking views of Lake Lacar and Lanin volcano with enough space to accommodate resting chairs and table. Stone prevails in both floors and walls complemented by crafted wood in furniture following a Patagonian style in the interiors.

The main living area features extensive open space, with large windows and wooden beams, leading to the kitchen and integrated dining room and also conneted to the garage and guest bedroom. On the upper level you find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

Additionally there is a fully equipped laundry room with back up generator and garage.
