The terrace, directly linked to the kitchen, offers an outdoor dining area and a private relaxation space.

The upper floor, which also benefits from independent access, overlooks the living area below and hosts the main sleeping quarters: a master suite with walk-through wardrobe and private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom, and an additional service room.

The top floor, accessible via both internal staircase and lift, is entirely devoted to panoramic outdoor living. This expansive terrace features a hydromassage pool with solarium, a pergola-covered dining area with outdoor kitchen, and a lounge area with sofas — an ideal retreat for moments of relaxation and conviviality in complete privacy.

Originally conceived by Matteo Thun and reinterpreted by Stefano Belingardi Architects, T37-1 represents a new vision of contemporary living in the vibrant heart of Milan’s Tortona District: sustainable, modern, and distinctly refined.
