This soft contemporary gem tucked behind the gates of Las Campanas, is adjacent to the 8th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Sunset Golf Course. Four glass doors in the living room vanish into the walls entirely, revealing a 16-foot portal between indoors and the glorious New Mexico sky. A distinctive fireplace anchors the room while a wet bar stands ready for cocktails. The gourmet kitchen reads like a love letter to serious cooking; a Wolf gas range Sub-Zero refrigerator, double dishwashers, and a 4’ x 9’ island with it’s own prep sink and Insta Hot water. Just around the corner, a cozy nook with a wood-burning fireplace invites you to linger over morning coffee. The main bedroom suite is its own private sanctuary, complete with a wood-burning fireplace private portal, a 16-foot closet, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub with fireplace and golf course views. A second en-suite bedroom wing offers quiet separation and is adjacent to the den/office. The media room arrives with serious credentials; an 11.2 surround sound system, a refrigerator and a reclining sectional that makes every screening feel like opening night! Standing entirely on its own, the guest house replicates the same quality with kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and washer/dryer offering your guests the luxury of privacy. Outside, six fireplaces, a synthetic putting-green, a firepit, a portal with built-in barbecue and golf and mountain views transform the property into a self-contained resort. Memberships to the Club at Las Campanas are available for purchase and upon approval offering two Signature Jack Niklaus golf courses, a newly expanded fitness and spa, an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a world class equestrian center, Hacienda clubhouse with restaurant and Log Cabin restaurant.
