Beautiful property with wonderful views across the valley of sunsets and the surrounding timber lands. Property should qualify for a large timber tract home site, but buyers must complete their own due diligence. This will make a great long-term timber investment, recreational property, hunting property, ride ATV's, or a long-range shooting spot. Privacy gate and internal road system in place! There are 2 small rock pits that could be used on this property. Lots of wildlife. Seller to retain mineral rights at closing. All offers to be submitted on Seller's forms.
