Finding a peaceful forest view that gives the feeling of being immersed in wild nature, set on an unusually gentle lot where you can sled in winter with family and friends and, more importantly, where you're not overlooked (or bothered by those ugly power cables!), is a very rare combination in the San Bernardino mountains and yet this beautiful 1960s home with classic, striking architecture offers exactly that with some stunning modern upgrades to boot. It also offers the perfect location too and is close to restaurants, amenities, The Twin Peaks Farmer's Market and all offered to you at an affordable price (do not let DOM - Days On Market -put you off since this home was sat for the most part at $475,000 and then it was in escrow off market for several months but the buyers were unable to meet the contingency). With its widely sought-after high vaulted ceilings that almost take your breath away as you enter, all the interiors (and exterior) recently and lovingly painted a beautiful bright White with a slick, downright cool Black trim, huge A Frame windows that let all that gorgeous light flood in and softly fill the space, a wood burning fire around which you can gather on winter nights, toast marshmallows and take cozy sips of hot chocolate and a fully remodeled kitchen featuring exquisite white quartz countertops with gorgeous flecks of gold that catch your eye, this classic 1960s mountain home would make an excellent full time residence or vacation home for guests to escape the hustle and bustle of city life! Sellers are highly motivated and are currently making several outstanding improvements to the property demonstrating true Pride Of Ownership around every corner which we can't wait to show off to you. Something to note too is that this was the home they chose out of seeing 70 charming mountain homes (!) so come and see what got their hearts pumping and get ready to fall in love with The White Rose of Rose Lane!
