It's not often that one of these Rudee Inlet condos is open for sale through the MLS. Not one's been listed in the past 6 or 7 years. and no wonder: with a deeded slip on deep water and immediate access to the ocean, with three bedrooms (1st floor with its own entrance), each BR with its own bath, two decks, refreshed delightfully, attached garage for a car or golf cart; it's a perfect home especially if you love the water, the vibe, the sea air and the immediacy of the fabled Virginia Beach shoreline. Won't last long at all, so call for your private tour and bring your pen and checkbook. With acceptable offer, seller will prepay 1 year condo fees.
