Set beneath a canopy of mature aspens in one of Arrowhead's most private and quiet enclaves, Residence 8 at Buffalo Park lives like a single-family home, with the ease of one-level living- just steps from the Arrow Bahn Express chairlift A brick-paved pathway leads to the private front entrance - one of just fifteen residences in the community, and the only one-bedroom. Light-toned hardwood flooring runs throughout, tying the great room, dining area, and kitchen into a single, well-proportioned open plan, with room to add a half bath in the laundry room. A gas fireplace anchors the living area, and an integrated queen Murphy bed adds guest space without compromising the openness of the plan. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors extend the living space onto a generously sized stone patio beneath the aspens, with room for a full outdoor dining table and separate lounge seating, shaded through the afternoon by the tree canopy overhead. The bedroom takes in morning light through oversized windows, a mini-split AC air conditioning system keeps it comfortable through the warmer months, and a fully remodeled ensuite bath with an oversized closet completes the home. A second entrance near the kitchen and laundry serves the home's daily needs: interior access leads just eight steps down to the heated underground garage and a generous private storage closet, while a dedicated ski locker at the building's entrance. Offered partially furnished. Beyond the residence, Arrowhead offers ski- and hike-access village-to-village to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch, private fishing access on the Eagle River, and a swimming pool, spa, and tennis and pickleball courts. Golf at the Country Club of the Rockies and use of the fitness facilities are available by membership.
