Amazing Creek frontage property. Almost 12 acres of wooded & opened land along one of the most pristine creeks in the Siuslaw National Forest where the salmon spawn & the wildlife are your neighbors. The property has existing well, septic & power. It would also be amazing as a recreational property this has been in the same family since the 1960's but now you are given the rare opportunity to make it yours. This is a beautiful piece in the stunning Oregon Coast Range.
