Sotheby’s Int. Realty Czech Republic presents for sale an exceptional hunting lodge hidden in an expansive forest landscape near Karlovy Vary . The historic building dates from the mid-19th century and was built in the Neo-Rococo style on the foundations of an older castle. The estate lies in secluded grounds above a river and comprises a total of six buildings – the main lodge, the administrator’s house, a gamekeeper’s lodge, an additional staff building, a chapel and a garage.

The complex offers approximately 2,500 sqm of usable space and a 2.2-hectare plot with views of the surrounding mountain landscape . The partially renovated property retains a number of distinctive historic features , including stucco decoration, a fireplace, a ballroom and a tower with a small chapel . Thanks to the extensive grounds and the layout of the individual buildings, the lodge offers a wide range of potential uses – as a prestigious private residence , a combination of living and business, a hotel or other commercial facility , or a corporate headquarters .
