Great home to add to your investment portfolio. This grand 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is waiting for someone to restore it to its original beauty. It currently serves as a two family home but can easily be converted back tot a single family home. Off street parking is available in the back through the alley. Two back porches add a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some outdoor air. Plenty of storage space in the attic or basement. Home is sold ''AS IS.'' Seller will not make any repairs.
