This 1950s red wooden house charms with its traditional appearance and cozy retro feel, sheltered by a rowan tree. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms; on the first floor, the living room has been opened into a spacious area that can be used as a dining space or a third bedroom. The house has electric heating.

A sauna and bathroom/WC were built in the upstairs in the early 2000s, during which the water pipes and electrical systems were also renewed. The exterior cladding was renovated and insulated in 2007. A handy person can update this home into an idyllic and warm residence.

The house is located on a leased plot in a quiet and nature-close small residential area. At the back of the yard, there is a garden building in need of renovation. Contact us to arrange a viewing.
