Pine Cay is a private island in the Turks & Caicos, approximately 800 acres, with approximately 600 acres green space owned by the community of 36 members. The Pine Cay members jointly own The Meridian Club hotel, staff buildings, maintenance and storage buildings, runway, and marina including the Club's boat fleet. The hotel and island enjoys an excellent reputation as the longest running private Island in the Caribbean, is eco-friendly, very safe, unspoiled and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the Turks and Caicos Islands. On the pristine north shore beach west of the Meridian Club, flanked by two casuarina trees, is the delightful beach cottage Casuarinas. The cottage is approximately 1800 square feet and has an open living concept, great room, dining area, kitchen, two beach facing master bedrooms with ensuites and a loft that could make for an enchanting sleeping area. The glass doors of the great room offer expansive views of the ocean and a large raised exterior deck and walkway draw you to the beach. In a detached building, there's an office with built in desk/bookcases, laundry facilities, workshop, 17,000 gal. capacity cistern, enclosed garage with two golf carts and water sports equipment to complete the idyllic tropical setting which is a couple of minutes golf cart drive away from the Club House and the Islands amenities such as restaurant, tennis court, spa and runway.
