Looking for a project with BIG potential in the North Georgia Mountains? Bring your vision, your tool belt and your imagination! Offered as Part of an Estate, this Ellijay property sits on THREE acres with a noisy little mountain creek and offers an affordable opportunity to create your own mountain getaway, hunting retreat or investment property. The small hunting cabin needs a good cleaning and plenty of TLC, but it's loaded with potential for an investor, renovator, DIYer or anyone who loves turning a "before" into an amazing "after." An additional older structure also remains on the property and is being conveyed as-is, with no value attributed to the structure-consider it part of the property's history and another piece of the project for the next owner to tackle. There's even a greenhouse for those dreaming of a little mountain homestead. Enjoy THREE acres, the sounds of the creek and a great location with convenient proximity to Downtown Ellijay, local wineries, apple orchards, shopping, dining, hiking and all the outdoor adventures that make the North Georgia Mountains so special. This one isn't move-in ready-but if you're looking for an opportunity to step into the Ellijay mountain market and aren't afraid of a little work, come see what this property COULD BE!
