The 'Palazzetto' is situated South-East of Lucca in a panoramic position, less than 10 min. from the historic centre of Lucca and 30 min. from the famous beaches of Versilia.
The original structure dates back to the 14th Century and belonged to the Arnolfini family that used it as a hunting lodge. The residence has undergone an accurate restoration with the aim of preserving all the original materials.
The building is on three floors of around 140 sq. m. each, for a total of 420 sq. m. and is surrounded by century old olive groves.
The ground floor presents a kitchen with an old fireplace and wood-fired oven, a dining room and an adjacent small frescoed sitting room with French doors that open onto the garden.
The first floor features a main entrance accessed by an external double staircase, a small lounge with fireplace, a large sitting room, a study and a mezzanine floor with master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The second floor is adapted as a guest zone with three bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large mansard.
The property of 3.7 ha of century old olive trees also includes 2 small outbuildings of 30 and 40 sq. m. which could be used as a caretaker's house.
