Location

Andratx is located on the southside of the Tramuntana Mountains, just 30 minutes driving distance from Palma. Andratx is a picturesque village, with the square and narrow streets typical of the Majorcan towns. It is well-known for its creative and international art.

Description

This impressive mansion was built in the late 19th century. It is located in a quiet street in the picturesque town S'Arrac�, in the south-west of Mallorca. Originally intended as a stately residence, over the years it has functioned as a nursery and a well-known boutique hotel. The house has approx. 336m2 of construction and the plot measures about 607m2.

Recently renovated, the condition of the building is almost perfect. The house is divided into three levels. The main floor is the spacious communal area, with a renovated kitchen, lounge, office, and access to the beautiful garden with impressive pool. At one end of the garden, we can find a small parking lot, with enough space for three cars. The first floor and the second floors have three bedrooms each. On each floor there are two large ones and then a smaller bedroom. Each room is equipped with its complete bathroom. A modern glass system installed on all windows provides acoustic and thermal insulation from the outside thoughout the whole house.

In addition to other recent installations, the house has the most modern air conditioning and heating systems, which were changed last year.
