This beautiful villa with vineyard and olive grove is within the boundaries of Chianti Classico and not far from Greve in Chianti and Florence airport. The origins of the site of the villa, chapel and outbuildings go back to the 10th century. The property underwent a major renovation around the 1800s, creating a manor house with adjacent cellars, and stables for agricultural activities.

In 2003 the current family who owns the property began expanding and modernizing the Villa and converting the cellars / stables / farmhouses. into apartments for holiday rentals.
Today the complex has a Villa (10/12 beds) with garden and private swimming pool (4x8 m), 6 apartments of about 100 square metres for 4-6 people who can use another swimming pool (8x15 m), and gardens and barbecue area.
There are still various barns located on the property suitable for potential uses such as a small spa and a former rectory house which could be renovated into a beautiful living area.

The vineyards are about 6 hectares: (3 certified Chianti Classico and 3 IGT), 2 hectares (1.7 Sangiovese and 0.3 Chardonnay) were planted in 2020. Within the 6 hectares, 3 hectares are Sangiovese and were planted in 2011 and 1 hectare is Cabernet Sauvignon planted at the end of 1998. All the vineyards are fenced and in full production.
The management of the vineyard is currently entrusted to a farm in the area, potential production estimated at around 30,000 / 32,000 bottles. At the moment there are no rooms used for the production of wine but it is possible to request permission to build an agricultural building for this purpose in proportion to the size of the activity.
On the property in production about 900/1000 olive trees and about 30 secular sweet chestnut trees.
