Casa La Florida is located in one of the most valuable areas of Mexico City, the Florida neighborhood. Close to Coyoacan and Chimalistac. For this reason, it retains characteristics of colonial towns such as the narrowness of the sidewalks, streets, and colonial-style buildings.
The house is on one level with wide spaces and is very well-lit by its large sliding windows, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Upon entering there is a hall from which we can see the large corridor that leads to the 3 bedrooms, each one has a full bathroom and the main one with walk-in closet and a small TV room. They all have access to a beautiful garden with a nice waterfall that invites you to spend the day listening to the sound of water.
A beautiful marble fireplace separates the living room and dining room from the TV area. These 3 areas are integrated into the terrace by opening the large windows, having a view of the entire garden.
