- Apartment N°2 (125 sqm – 1,345 sqft): large living room with fireplace, kitchen with dining area and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom;
- Apartment N°3 (140 sqm – 1,506 sqft): living room with dining area, kitchen with pantry and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom;
- Apartment N°4 (125 sqm – 1,345 sqft): kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom with bathroom, master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The building has been recently renovated and still has the original rustic features including the external stone walls, chestnut wood beams on the ceilings and terracotta floors. The walls are mainly plastered and painted white to ensure bright and cozy rooms but some sections have been left au naturel, with the stones clearly visible.

EXTERIORS
The property spreads over 5.7 hectares of land on the rolling Chianti hills. Surrounding the building is a garden of approximately 8,500 square metres, well maintained and planted with flowers and decorative trees (including some olive trees). Below the farmhouse, in a quiet and panoramic position overlooking the countryside, is the 7 × 4 m above-ground swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden sunbathing area and fed by water from the private spring.

The rest of the property is covered by mixed woodland (1.2 ha) and arable land (3.6 ha) which could be suitable for planting a small vineyard.
