An extraordinary farm complex "Vanatoa" in the historic village of Koguva has come up for sale. Koguva is one of the most authentic fishing villages on the island of Muhu which history dates back to 1532. The farm complex is suitable for running a tourist farm as well as a private residence. Currently, there is a well-functioning hotel in the farm complex, which has been profitable and successful during its operation. By expanding the offered services, it is possible to increase the company's income even more.


There are a total of 6 buildings in the territory surrounded by stone fences and all of them have been tastefully renovated. The proud Vanatoa main house, dating back to 1887, is a 49m two-story log house with 11 modernly furnished rooms. On the first floor there is a bar with a fireplace and a large party room for up to 100 people, a newly renovated kitchen and an office. The second floor has guest rooms, an electric infrared sauna and a conference room. There are 24 beds in total. All rooms have a shower and toilet. The thatched building is partly log, partly earthen.


Vanatoa farm hotel includes:


- Barn: Consists of 4 summery rooms. Each room has a bathroom. There are 22 beds in total.


- Sauna house: The large sauna front room has limestone walls, with a beautiful fireplace and long party table in the middle. It is a wood-burning sauna. There are 2 rooms for accommodation above the sauna with 5 beds.


- Shed: Consists of 2 cozy family rooms. The shower room and toilet of this house are located in the sauna house. A total of 10 beds.


- In the yard there are 2 more sheds, a log house, a functioning cellar, an old well, a boiler house, a storage room, a barbecue oven, a children's playground. The yard is decorated with a large apple orchard where guests can camp. Across the road from Vanatoa farm there is a swing and a volleyball court.


The whole complex can sleep about 70 people. The farm hotel organizes events, be it weddings, summer days, seminars or private anniversaries. Events with 50 - 100 people are usual, the largest event that has taken place in the farm hotel had 2500 participants.
10 years ago, the complex was overhauled. In 2020 the entire heating system was renewed, as well as the water filter system was replaced. In 2021 an electrical audit was performed.


The sea is 700 m away on foot. Koguva harbour has 15 guest berths and allows entry of vessels with dimensions 12 m x 4 m with draft up to 1.8 m.
