An architecturally designed villa with a garage. The plot, measuring 2,860 square meters, consists of a driveway with a roundabout, a forest, a large lawn, an outdoor swimming pool with a pool house, and an animal enclosure.
Architect Ing. Ter Smitte has designed a house that takes perfect consideration of light and sightlines on the plot and the surroundings.

LAYOUT:
Through an electric, remotely controlled gate, you gain access to the house. There is parking space in front of the house and in the garage.

Ground Floor:
From the hallway, you have access to all the rooms and, through an open staircase, access to the first floor.
The living room features a double-sided fireplace (both indoor and outdoor).
The Zeyko kitchen boasts a thick granite countertop, a coffee machine, convection oven, combination oven with warming drawer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and an American fridge. The kitchen island is equipped with an induction cooktop and a stainless steel extractor hood. The cabinet doors have marble panels.
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace next to the house. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a utility room with a sink and kitchen cabinets matching the kitchen's style.
There's a bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation, bathtub, double sink with a vanity unit, walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a hand shower, and a toilet.
The toilet with urinal is accessible from the hallway.
An indoor garage with space for 3 to 4 cars is equipped with electrically remote-controlled sectional doors and a single door. The garage has a tiled floor, with a laundry room featuring a sink, space for the washing machine, dryer, and the central exhaust system for the vacuum cleaner.
There is a separate toilet. In the new part of the garage, there is underfloor heating.
Underneath the new section, there is a fallout shelter. This soundproof shelter has been transformed into a man cave, featuring a bar, a pool table, and a projector. The doors are extra thick and can be securely sealed in case of emergencies. There is also an escape hatch and an air purification system.
First Floor:
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a rooftop terrace, are equipped with air conditioning and custom-built wardrobes.
The bathroom was renovated in 2016, fully tiled, and features a walk-in shower with both a rain showerhead and a handheld shower, a toilet, a double sink with a vanity unit, a mirrored cabinet, and underfloor heating.

Poolhouse/Storage/Shed:
There is a poolhouse with underfloor heating. It includes a guest room, a bathroom with a shower, a sink with a vanity unit, and a toilet.
Adjacent to the poolhouse, there is a storage room and a shed. There is a covered area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a built-in gas barbecue.

Garden:
There is a landscaped garden designed by an architect. Part of it is a forest. The garden is entirely enclosed with fencing and is well-maintained, featuring an irrigation system.
The outdoor swimming pool is connected to a heat pump installed in 2022 and has an automatic system. Water purification is fully automated, and solar slats can be used to cover and heat the pool. There's a heated outdoor shower. A safety fence is installed around the pool.
