TOURIST CABINS
The property has six cabins offering year-round standard rental accommodation. The houses are situated along a private road, providing a very harmonious living environment without major roads or disruptive traffic. Two larger cabins built in 1997, each 110 square meters with 10+2 beds, as well as four cabins of 48 square meters with 4+1 beds, all offering a view of Lake Kvarnsjön.

Heating is provided by direct electric heating and air source heat pumps. Water is sourced from a drilled well, and there is an approved sewage system. Fiber optic connectivity is available in a service house and distributed via Wi-Fi among the cabins. Approximately 5,000 nights were rented out in 2022, with slightly higher occupancy rates observed so far in 2023. The rentals have been combined with boat and canoe rentals, hunting arrangements, fishing, dog training, and outdoor experiences.


HUNTING
Good hunting grounds, especially for moose, wild boar, deer, and typical small game. Red deer are sporadically present in the area. As the property is far from busy roads, hunting with a driving dog is excellent.


NATURAL VALUES/ANCIENT RELICS
In accordance with the Swedish Forestry Agency, there are no Key Biodiversity Areas or high natural values registered on the property. However, there are historical and cultural monuments found on the property, including Stenkittlabergen, which is said to represent the old Danish border until 1658.
